TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to entry from 2:00 PM.
2. One (1) meal token is included with this ticket type.
3. Bottomless rum punch hour runs from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM only.
4. Entertainment, venue, and event timings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Dress code: Dress to impress / Spring–Summer attire.
6. This is an 18+ event. On arrival, guests must present: Email booking confirmation. The card used to purchase the ticket. Valid physical photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or other GOV-approved ID)
7. All ticket holders must adhere to the venue’s entry policies, including age restrictions, dress code, and intoxication levels. Admission is at the discretion of venue door staff and security.
8. No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to failure to comply with venue entry guidelines.
9. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
10. By purchasing this ticket, you consent to photography and video recording on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes.
11. Last entry is 5:00 PM. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or failure to collect the included meal.
12. If the event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to a new date or held as credit for any Reggae Brunch brand event.
13. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served, unreserved basis.
A ticket does not guarantee seating.
